Beer Metropolis strives, to the fullest extent possible, to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither Beer Metropolis, nor any employee or representative of Beer Metropolis will be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.

We, Beer Metropolis want to provide the best service to you, the customer, but cannot be held liable for any issues or losses caused by the products and services provides by third parties.

Where it is not possible to supply all items from your order we will contact you and offer a similar replacement or refund.

All goods remain the property of Beer Metropolis until fully paid for in full. If any credit terms are broken, no further credit can be obtained until balances are repaid in full. Poor payment history will affect the terms of any credit offered in the future.  

Beer Metropolis reserves the right to make a charge of £40 (ex VAT) to the customer for any brewery casks or kegs not returned or made available for collection within 8 weeks of delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring that no other supplier collects casks or kegs that have been supplied by Beer Metropolis unless informing Beer Metropolis beforehand.

Beer Metropolis values the right of all humans, including our staff, to be treated equally and with respect. Beer Metropolis reserves the right to refuse to do business with anyone that is disrespectful to any of our people.
